He showed me properties outside my budget to help me further understand the property market at that stage, which helped me either increase or decrease my budget and alter my requirements. He also gave very useful advice from his experience, which helped me in many ways. He’s very on to it with his communication, as soon as he found a potential property, he would send it to me and tell me to let him know if it’s suitable, so then he would arrange a visit. It started from end of May 2024 or beginning of June 2024 and ended 31st Oct 2024 (Settlement date) Almost 25 weeks it took Agent Rajiv & Dave were very helpful to us in this process. This is a feedback and we would like to give honest opinion. Rajiv listened to us, upon out request he spoke to his Boss about some sort of concession to be considered we as loyal client for Barfoot. In past we have done 3 transactions with Barfoot. Selling X 2 property and buying one property in past. And this out 4th transactions selling 58 Kuaka Drive Takanini. We understand selling this house was challenging but so was same for next door property and that was sold for $808000. Whereas ours went for $738500. If we calculate briefly, on top of above loss we also lost on rental from June till October. Plus all other spending like marketing, home stage (we expected some sort of rebate) Etc.
