She knew how the property should be presented for optimal photos for the advertising and open homes. She has a very approachable way about her and can engage with everyone with ease and also be very professional with what is needed in the line of paperwork, agreements/documents. From the first free appraisal to selling the property it was less than 2 months and I am very happy with the result.
