We very recently bought a house in Orewa thanks to the services supplied by Meredith. She submitted our offer to the vendor promptly and was able to satisfy their questions. The main thing that we very much appreciated was that she went out of her way to request that we be allowed access a week before settlement to enable us to shampoo the carpet and also take measurements. It really made our move so much easier. We are both very happy to recommend Meridith to anyone and would happily work with her again.
