I chose Meredith to sell my property because she had sold many properties in the seabreeze development and had great knowledge of the area, which I felt was important when selling my townhouse. I couldn’t have been happier, Meredith upheld the upmost professionalism throughout the campaign, her commitment and communication was second to non, always keeping me updated along the way, with nothing ever a bother. It goes without saying her knowledge of the market is amazing. She attended every open home, gave me a phone call before and after each one, following up with a full written report by mid week. Needless to say my home sold within the last week of the ‘deadline sale campaign’ She worked for me and not the buyer as some seem to do, obtaining me a multi offer and the ‘best deal’ with good advise seeing it through at 100% commitment until the unconditional date 5 days later.
