Jo John was incredible throughout the process of buying my apartment. Jo was amazing right from the word go. She has a lot of knowledge and experience in the area, and was spot on with her expectation of how much we could get for our house. She talked us through all our options and was super responsive to all our questions. We knew our house needed a bit of work to set it up for sale, and Jo really went above and beyond to set us up with a gardener, tradespeople and stagers that got our place looking beautiful quickly. She gave us regular updates and great advice throughout the process. Even in a difficult market, she attracted and worked with multiple interested buyers, and we accepted an offer for the price we wanted within a month.
