Joe came into our lives at the exact right time and through pure coincidence, like a fairy godfather armed with a business card and extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. I am not a superstitious person by nature, but for me and my partner our stars did align that day. We were looking to sell our beloved north shore home to live our rural dreams and could not have been in safer hands to make the jump and sell our home. Joe walked us through every step of the process and no question was too in depth or too silly. While Joe was with us we had his full attention and he gave solid advice based on his personal experiences and what he had seen firsthand (he also set us some reading for homework, but I won't hold that against him). You were very honest and professional, most importantly we didn't feel pressured by you at any stage during negotiation. We would also like to thank you for continuing with the same accommodating, positive and helpful attitude after winning the auction to get us multiple permissions from the vendor to access to the house to allow our builder to do all necessary surveying work to allow us to get quotes sorted and ordering building materials prior to the settlement date. That was extremely helpful to accelerate the renovation process and hopefully finishing the work before Christmas. We had a few unexpected hurdles to overcome in selling our property, and Joe was consistently supportive, undaunted and unrelenting in ensuring the best possible result for us. Once we had a conditional offer in place he continued to work hard to try to secure a back up offer, right up to the day it became unconditional. We felt reassured throughout the process that Joe 'had our back'; although it was a difficult property to sell he remained positive and diligent throughout. His communication was excellent, giving us great advice and being quick to respond to any queries we had. What can we say about Joe Kennedy? Well, he sold our house for us! Joe matched the property to the buyer straight away and the new owners were the first ones to see the property at Joe's urging, even before the first open home. From a sellers perspective it shows that Joe listens to his buyers and matches them to properties available. As sellers, we were very pleased at how responsive Joe was to our requests for changes in the advertisements. Nothing was too hard and always done with a smile. In particular I would like to point out how much effort Joe put into creating the advertising materials. Rather than sticking with a stock approach he was keen to experiment with different compositions of pictures, including having images of the family enjoying the property. Further, Joe is the only Agent I have seen that puts a huge effort into the advertising videos. Most agents seem to simply stick photos together with a bit of music. Joe commissioned a genuine video walk-through, in which he both appeared and supplied a voice over. It was the best real estate video I have seen. Nadja recently acted as our agent for selling our home. We had 2 auctions which were both unsuccessful , however, we finally sold our property to an interested party that had been to the auction. Nadja put in many hours of hard work following up the numerous leads from the regular open homes we had . She was very professional , personable and easy to work with. Our only disappointment was our sale price which was significantly below the range initially indicated.

We found that Nadja and Meegan tackled the selling process in a very positive way, arranging all the advertising and staging promptly and efficiently making the whole process very easy for my brother and I and all in a delightful manner. The sales process started on a Wednesday, signs up on Friday, first pre-auction offer on the Friday, open home on Sunday and the auction set up for Tuesday afternoon all with a lot of behind the scenes activity contacting prospective purchasers and open home visitors. The Tuesday night auction was conducted in a very professional manner with Nadja and Meegan actively working with the bidders assisted by other Barfoots Mairangi Bay people. The end result was a sale which I think all present thought unbelievable in today's climate. We as a family want to thank Nadja, Meegan and all the Barfoots Mairangi Bay people for their efforts on our behalf and would have no hesitation in recommending them to any seller.

Nadja is the Super Model Super Star of selling property on the shore. She always has the nicest and best-looking houses for sale somehow. Nadja’s marketing and advertising always looks fantastic. I think it’s the knack she has of knowing what a good property looks like and sorting the vendor out first to make sure they do the work to make the property look good and turn the house into a home to be envied. Nadja has the full array of systems and procedures to ensure a smooth sale and together with greatsupport from her assistant Meegan, owners are well looked after. Nadja works relentlessly with even the most difficult of buyers to get them across the line, negotiating, finding solutions and managing to keep everyone happy.
