We were selling our rental property in Auckland to release funds for our retirement. Being based in Taupo added to potential problems during the sale. We put the property on the market before the tenant moved out. Debby is are great communicator there were weekly updates and was great at letting us know regarding appointments and when the open homes and visits were finished. We went with them because Debby as she has a vast knowledge of the area and we trusted their advice regarding best way to sell our home.
