I couldn't have asked for anything more from my experience with Linda. Within 24 hours of making contact, she met with me and we decided on strategy. A week later, the house went to market, supported by a full set of marketing materials, an ambitious target, and a vigorous online campaign that made the most of her social media connections. Four days later, after the first weekend of Open Homes, the house sold for close to the asking price in a buyers' market where most sellers were having to make painful compromises. She negotiated a short conditional period and the house went unconditional only a week later. I was delighted. Linda was professional, sharp and very alert to the market. Her negotiating skills are excellent, and she was always, very visibly, on my side. The whole experience was painless and seamless, and made a potentially difficult time very straightforward indeed.

I met Linda Teng in July last year when I was struggling in seeking my dream house. It was a lovely house in Albany Heights, and Linda as the listing agent, gave me a comprehensive introduction of the house and the local community.
