If you are thinking of selling your home then Linda Teng is the real estate agent you need. Selling your home is difficult at the best of times but Linda managed to navigate the entire process with excellent communication and professionalism through the worst floods in recent history and a cyclone! There were times that it felt like we would not succeed but Linda worked incredibly hard to make it happen, her knowledge of the market shone through when we were one of only a few houses to sell on the day. We are very grateful for all she did to take us through this often stressful process and would not hesitate to use Linda's services again in the future.

Kerry and April were so willing to put my wishes to the forefront. Having not been involved with a property sale for over 50 years, they made the process of selling our family home easy and seamless for me. Their caring and professional manner was apparent from the start and they kept me informed of every aspect of how the sale of my house was going. Their knowledge and advice along the way was invaluable and I could see how hard they worked to finalise a brilliant conclusion. I would highly recommend Kerry and April for any real estate decisions.

Tim has been working with us for a few years to help us find a property to buy. He has the patience of a saint! Was always super responsive and ready to answer questions, provided information when we needed it, had great local area knowledge and inspired confidence with his years of experience. Was also genuinely nice to deal with and had a good sense of humor - think he needed it dealing with us!

My husband and I have just been through the process of selling our family home of 42 years in Campbells Bay. As you can imagine this is a heart wrenching process as we had to down load in size to move to a small apartment in Browns Bay. Our home was a character pole house situated in a small valley amidst natural native bush. Very private with loads of decking for all the family to enjoy. However is was in need of a makeover ready for a new family to create their own character. Tim made an Auction programme. It was a difficult market with prices dropping and a slow market. Even so, Tim was enthusiastic, encouraging and very professional. We had one sale fall over on finance, and so then Tim started a new programme. We then secured another sale conditional upon lots of repairing and upgrading to complete the sale. So it was for us, a very successful sale and we have now moved into an apartment we love in Browns Bay. We cannot praise Tim’s hard work and enthusiasm highly enough. We would recommend Tim to any Vendor wanting to sell. Thank you Tim. Wendy and Ted Midlane

They sale the property within three weeks even the flat market currently. We would definitely recommend Kai & Lily for their professionalism and dedication.

We approach Mark to say we were contemplating selling the townhouse Feb 2023. The whole approach, marketing plan etc was explained in detail. Before we even started marketing the property, Mark contacted that he had a client interested and from there the process was superbly communicated, professional dealt with and nothing was a bother. First rate agent that we would wholehearted endorse to any sellers or purchasers. We can't say enough good things about Mark. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I have found Mark Caisley to be a competent, hardworking real estate agent. Due to the protracted nature of the sale of our home, more than one year, it was assuring to have Mark back us all the way through the curved balls. We found Mark to be honest, easy to discuss things with, a good listener, prompt to follow up issues, and an excellent communicator. He was always polite, unflappable, never pushy, and showed a good sense of humour. I have no hesitation in recommending his services to those interested in listing their home for sale or seeking to purchase a home.

Linda is absolutely the best agent I have seen in NZ. She is fully dedicated and works at her best to make things happen. I have seen her services when the market was good and bad, and she knew exactly how to deal in both occasions.
Linda is not only a very sharp and experienced agent, but also full of humanity and warm hart. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and families with full confidence. Thank you Linda.

Linda did a great job getting a difficult sale with several major hurdles that arose across the line, in time and in a plunging market. She knows her role and proved herself as available and organised; she works hard! She actually changed my thinking about real estate salespeople. My recommendation would be matched with using her again without hesitation.
