Once she got to know us and what our preferences were, she would be very honest when showing us a property. If there were potential issues, she would be up front about them with us. She never tried to hard sell us on any particular property. She managed to create a sense of trust and seemed genuinely concerned when we (kept) finding issues and problems.

Mark is diligent, honest, clear communication and highly responsive. Mark is very easy to deal with. He prepared a list of houses and then showed us around. There were several repeat visits to many and he organised them promptly. This really made it easy for us to finalise the one we wanted to buy. During and after contract exchange, there was not a single question which was not answered promptly. Hope to work with him again.
