Mark is diligent, honest, clear communication and highly responsive. Mark is very easy to deal with. He prepared a list of houses and then showed us around. There were several repeat visits to many and he organised them promptly. This really made it easy for us to finalise the one we wanted to buy. During and after contract exchange, there was not a single question which was not answered promptly. Hope to work with him again.

My husband and I have just been through the process of selling our family home of 42 years in Campbells Bay. As you can imagine this is a heart wrenching process as we had to down load in size to move to a small apartment in Browns Bay. Our home was a character pole house situated in a small valley amidst natural native bush. Very private with loads of decking for all the family to enjoy. However is was in need of a makeover ready for a new family to create their own character. Tim made an Auction programme. It was a difficult market with prices dropping and a slow market. Even so, Tim was enthusiastic, encouraging and very professional. We had one sale fall over on finance, and so then Tim started a new programme. We then secured another sale conditional upon lots of repairing and upgrading to complete the sale. So it was for us, a very successful sale and we have now moved into an apartment we love in Browns Bay. We cannot praise Tim’s hard work and enthusiasm highly enough.
