Linda kept communicating and confirming with a limited number of customers and did not miss every opportunity. Her diligence made me think she was the best intermediary I had ever met in New Zealand in 23 years. She successfully contacted five groups of buyers to participate in the auction, which is a quarter of all OPEM homes. Finally the house sold over CV. My wife and I are very satisfied.
