Linda has a great reputation for selling properties and she even surpassed our high expectations as vendors of a much-loved home. We found her to be an excellent communicator, amazingly knowledgeable, energetic and hardworking and totally focused on achieving a sale. Linda knows how to maximise the chances of a sale in any market. She worked closely with us to prepare and present the property to show its value, and her local knowledge and understanding of Chinese buyers was invaluable. I have never met such a helpful and effective agent before, and I have no hesitation in recommending her. It was a pleasure to work with someone both willing to guide us and respond to our needs.

What a remarkable agent to have had to sell my property. Linda was able to allay my fears with her confidence in her ability to successfully market and sell. Communication was good, despite my hearing difficulties and I was kept informed of everything that was happening. Her friendly manner and market knowledge is commendable, along with her professionalism and energy. I sincerely have no problem recommending Linda Teng with the sale of their property.
