I was very happy with the service provided by Lloyd Singh. He was always very keen and proactive, moving with speed. He gave me good advice about what to do and what not to do in preparing my property for sale. He had good market knowledge so we didn't stuff around waiting for unrealistic offers in a declining market. He sold my house in about 3 weeks where as a lot of properties at the time had been hanging around for sale for 3 months.

Good communication with Mandeep, picked up the phone at all time and did not ignore any text messages at all. Really believed in providing the best customer service experience throughout the process and made it really easy for us to understand what is coming up and how everything works. Thanks to her partner for being there at the right time to have the house open for us and show us around otherwise we would still be looking for a house now, have to give it to her though she is a great negotiator.
