I had always said that I'd use Sue when the time came for me to sell our Wattle Downs house, as she always stood out within the area. Then came team Owen & Sue! They guided us in a very professional manner through: - Expert advise and information during the appraisal process - Preparing the property to ensure the presentation was first class - Hard work was put into the photography & video sessions, working though heavy rain and unfavourable conditions - Finalising a very attractive online ad/listing of our property - Regular updates on buyer enquiries, including intel on what the market was doing and sales within the area - Coordinating safe viewings under Level-3 restriction, ensuring that we maximised the limited opportunities available. - Very helpful advice and guidance on the auction process, including where to set the reserve and how to manage the process when called upon Very glad that we reached our target price and the settlement date works perfectly for our next move. Most importantly, we felt very safe in their hands, even adding the personal touch of keeping me hopeful despite being downbeat by the lockdown restrictions.
