Mary was relaxed and easy to talk things through with and to help us make the right calls when it came to listing. This was during the Level 3/Level 2 "crazy season" in mid-late 2021. The open homes took place during the masked-up/one bubble at a time period and went very smoothly. We had the support we needed during the auction process, which resulted in a very positive result for us. After that the wheels started to wobble when the buyers went quiet and tried to pull out and eventually became hostile parties.
