Would highly recommend Owen and Sue to anyone trying to sell their house. They both work so well together and compliment each other with their expertise. We were highly impressed with their communication with us through our house sale - nothing was a silly question and they were available to chat and answer any questions whenever we needed. They are experienced, high motivated and enthusiastic in what they do and worked extremely hard to get us a sale - which in these times is definitely more challenging! When we go through the process again we will, without a doubt be calling them to support us through the next sale! Thanks again Owen and Sue - you were amazing!

It's been a long journey (approx. 8 months) from the beginning till our house is unconditional. Sue & Owen have been working closely with us and carefully managed the whole process with details. Selling the house was very painful but we are grateful to have Sue & Owen as our agents. I would highly recommend Sue & Owen.

Gurpreet always has a positive attitude, in this changing market he was still confident that he could get my house sold. He works hard for his vendors and is always keen to help you.

We previously met Mary at an open home and thought that she was very personable and easy to talk with. She seemed honest and down to earth. Because of this we then decided to contact her directly to help sell our house. We enjoyed the experience, she was very helpful and had plenty of ideas to help make our house more appealing. We never had a moment where we felt uncomfortable working with her. She also went out of her way several times before and after the auction to help with the sale. Thanks Mary!

Sue and Owen were are pleasure to work with. The timing for our house sale was not ideal with the declining market but they remained positive with nice feedback we were doing all the right things and kept us up to date with who had came through the property and followed up with any interested parties. I would recommend their services to anyone in the future, they are down to earth and real people. A rare thing.

Working with Owen and Sue, was the best decision I made when selling my house. In a tricky market they gave sound trustworthy advice. I appreciated their understanding of my circumstances and limitations. I felt like I had people with my best interests on my team. Would highly recommend.

Mary was relaxed and easy to talk things through with and to help us make the right calls when it came to listing. This was during the Level 3/Level 2 "crazy season" in mid-late 2021. The open homes took place during the masked-up/one bubble at a time period and went very smoothly. We had the support we needed during the auction process, which resulted in a very positive result for us. After that the wheels started to wobble when the buyers went quiet and tried to pull out and eventually became hostile parties. Throughout that very trying (and late) settlement process Mary maintained good communication with us and continued to treat the hostile buyers in a fully professional way. There is no substitute for experience, professionalism and a strong track record in your own market. Mary provided all of these qualities.

I had the privilege of first meeting Sue Matete in 2014 when looking to buy a house and join the Wattle Downs community. Sue was conducting many of the open homes I went to, and I always found her approachable and welcoming, and honest in her opinions and knowledge of the area and the homes she was selling. When it came time to sell my house in 2021, I met with Sue and her work partner, Owen Roberts. They are such a great team, and both went above and beyond my expectations of the role of real estate agents. As I was not living there at the time, they attended to lots of little jobs that needed doing and kept me informed every step of the way. I can’t speak highly enough of the effort they put in to get such an excellent result for me at auction. Well done team – you’re awesome!!

We had no hesitation in choosing Mandeep Kaur as our agent to sell our beloved house. Mandeep was very knowledgeable, full of energy, and kept us informed at every stage of the process and helped us achieve our desired outcome. We will highly recommend Mandeep to whoever wants to sell or buy a house.

Advice and marketing done at the start of the process set it up so we got a successful auction first time around. The team worked the buyers up to the level we needed to make it possible for us to take the next step on the ladder, Amy issues that popped up were handled easily amd professionally
