I know a bit about sales as the Regional Sales Manager for one of the World’s largest tech companies, and I’m always curious about what the experience is going to be like when I have something to do with another salesperson. I have never experienced a better Real Estate Agent than Nadja. I’ve thought about why and a couple of things stand-out: (1) Experience: Notwithstanding I was a buyer and Nadja was very much acting for the seller, she gets a deal needs all sides. She represented her sellers staunchly throughout but took the time to understand what I needed and, ultimately, delivered a result for both sides. Momentum’s important - time kills deals - and there were a couple of times throughout my purchase where I thought ‘this isn’t going to happen’ or ‘there’s no time’ but Nadja led us through with experience, good humour and by tapping her network. (2) Passion: We’ve all met those agents so green they’re all smiles/no substance and those at the other end of it who look like they’re literally selling houses while they sleep. Yes Nadja’s experience is palpable but so is her passion: She’s no nonsense and outcome driven but clearly loves what she does and clearly loves dealing with people. Overall, you get the impression there’s not much Nadja hasn’t seen and overcome in real estate. It was reassuring to have a safe pair of hands working both sides with passion and I can’t advocate more highly for her.

Having previously used Nadja to both sell and purchase property we didn't consider using anyone else when we needed to sell again. We cannot thank Nadja enough for her outstanding performance in the selling of our brother’s house (estate sale).
