Nicki was choosen by us as she had sold the neigbours property and had good feedback. She just gets on with it and works hard for the vendor. Get's the numbers to open homes but no fluff and very honest about serious buyers. Clear in her expectations of us as vendors and settlement figure was higher end of her estimate. Communicates well and kept us in the loop when access to the property was required. Sold at auction and she got bidders in the room. Would recommend as a strong agent in the current variable market.

Debby is are great communicator there were weekly updates and was great at letting us know regarding appointments and when the open homes and visits were finished. We went with them because Debby as she has a vast knowledge of the area and we trusted their advice regarding best way to sell our home. She with Mathew have been selling house for quite awhile so they know what they are talking about and are a great team. When they comes to the appraisal Debby was spot on which we appreciate as from previous experience it has not been the case. I can't thank them enough for they way they handled the auction they were there for us and reassured the buyers. Most definitely happy sellers would recommend you contact them.

Nicki went above and beyond to help make our experience great. Any time of the day no matter how big or small the question or problem she was there to help. Being first home buyers we were nervous and hesitant but she made us feel comfortable and made sure we understood everything that was going on from start to finish.
