Sham and his partner Jessie were fantastic. They were tireless in their work to sell our property. They have a straight-talking manner with their clients, a good sense of humour (and reality) and they really SELL your house to potential buyers! They gave us advice as to what to do to our place (more than just 'paint the ceilings') prior to the listing going public, and this undoubtedly added 10's of thousands to our sale price. It also minimised buyer 'turn-offs'. While there were some things we couldn't afford to update, Sham & Jessie didn't judge, they just got on with the selling! We had a multi-offer situation and Sham & Jessie steered us through the complexities. These guys are great - they speak several different languages, and know the opportunities that are out there in the community. We cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are someone who wants to sell their house for the best price in the market, and are willing to work within an energised, positive 'team' environment, these are the agents for you!

We would highly recommend Steve and Helen as the Real Estate Agents you should chose to handle the sale of your home. When the decision to list was made, they both swung into action, a marketing plan and Auction date was agreed. Advice was given on how best to present the house. Helen even took away one of our net curtains to repair the stitching that had come adrift in a seam. How is that for going the extra mile. Over the weeks from Listing to Auction we were kept fully informed of progress and the feedback from the “Open Homes”. Their actions only reinforced that we had chosen the best Agents. They proved the be committed, reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and professional in all their dealings with us. Evan Davies and Allan Preece have gone well above what most Real Estate agents would do. They helped obtain and got a CCC from the Council and obtained other advise which played a great part in obtaining this. They have kept us well informed of all aspects of selling our home and made recommendations on hour to improve the house. They sort the market value and information about the history of the area where the house was situated. Nothing was two much trouble for them.
