I found Lucy to have excellent communication skills. We were always kept up to date with what was happening. Her background research and presentation on my mother's property was very good, providing all the necessary documentation, history, groundwork services, and also what the prospective purchaser would be able to do going forward. Her and the photographer were very good, even to the drone footage showing the proximity to schools, shops, etc.
