Munish and Shveta were not chosen because they were rated top agents but due to good reference from a friend whom they had previously helped selling his house. We didn’t knew their work ethics personally so decided to give them one of our smaller properties before we can trust them for handling our larger property. As hoped and expected they performed to the best possible outcome with awesome communication and professionalism. Both Munish and Shveta compliment each other with great communication and follow up from Shveta followed by regular updates from Munish. Both our properties were sold at good price even though we knew the market is tough. Our recommendations to use Team Munish is high and solely based on our wonderful experience even though we are tough customers to handle. Their peoples skills are no doubt one of the best we have experienced. One thing we will say for sure that if you want a good price and excellent results then just trust them without conditions.
