I bought my first house through Anne Marie in 2007, and my second one in 2010 and my third one in 2015. Throughout the process of selling our home Lucy has been extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. In our initial conversations with her, she gave us accuate and realistic advice on the estimated value of our property, the potential risks and issues, where to direct our energy in preparing the house for sale and the best method of sale for our circumstances. She also sought advice from local agents in our area in order to get the best outcome for us. During the period our house was on the market, her communication was excellent. Open homes were planned well, marketing brochures and signs were produced to a good standard and minor issues were dealt with promptly. Ultimately, we were able to sell our house at the tender date we set, two weeks after listing, during a time many houses have been slow to sell. We would not hesitate to work with Lucy in the future.
