I can't let the sale of my unit slide by without letting you know what an amazing experience it has been, thanks to Mike and Michelle from Grey Lynn. These two staff are pure gold, and it's not often these days I am wowed when dealing with businesses and trust me, I know what great looks like. So Mike and Michelle created a fantastic rapport from day 1 and made me feel like we have been friends or family forever. They aimed the marketing of my place at the right level through regular consultation. I never had to call them and ask about anything because they were both super proactive. Being over in Sydney, there was so much I couldn't do to help get the place ready for sale, such as arrange painters, rubbish removal, cleaning, and so much more. They did it all for me using their own trusted suppliers, and that alone removed so much anxiety. We had an 11th hour glitch from the other party, and they just took it in their stride, went into solutions mode and got it back on track. I had a migraine from it, but they just got in and made that sale. I flew over two weeks ago and took them out to lunch because they are such awesome humans. Mike tells me he broke his neck at the beginning of the relationship with Barfoot, but he always showed up. Now I can take them out, and I can thank them, but I hope you have some time to add to that and know that I have spread the word far and wide about them and Barfoot. I hope you all have a wonderful and safe Christmas, and I am so grateful for what Mike and Michelle have done.

Ben provided us with all the guidance, knowledge and professionalism that was required and more. We had little experience with selling houses having been in ours for 23 years and Ben listened really well to what we wanted and understood our situation. He gave us excellent advice for preparing our property for sale, and kept us well informed all along the way sharing his knowledge openly. The end result was exactly what we were hoping for and the whole sales process from start to finish went like clockwork because Ben planned and prepared ourselves and the buyers so well. After the sale there was continued follow up. It was truly one of the best sales experiences we've had. We would highly recommend to others.
