I can't let the sale of my unit slide by without letting you know what an amazing experience it has been, thanks to Mike and Michelle from Grey Lynn. These two staff are pure gold, and it's not often these days I am wowed when dealing with businesses and trust me, I know what great looks like. So Mike and Michelle created a fantastic rapport from day 1 and made me feel like we have been friends or family forever. They aimed the marketing of my place at the right level through regular consultation. I never had to call them and ask about anything because they were both super proactive. Being over in Sydney, there was so much I couldn't do to help get the place ready for sale, such as arrange painters, rubbish removal, cleaning, and so much more. They did it all for me using their own trusted suppliers, and that alone removed so much anxiety. We had an 11th hour glitch from the other party, and they just took it in their stride, went into solutions mode and got it back on track.
