Wendy was very friendly and kept us in the loop with everything that happened. She even went the extra mile in helping to find alternative accommodation for my brother so we could get the property sale underway. She also organized cleaning and repairs and removal of items, it took the stress out of dealing with a difficult set of events. Wendy has all of the above qualities and it is no surprise that she is the top agent. We entrusted the selling of our home which could have been a really stressful process. However with Wendy’s guidance it was actually seamless. Our home took only one week to sell and we were delighted with the sale price! Not only is Wendy warm and humorous, she works very hard and kept us up to date with all of the viewings. We took her advice every step of the way and her instinct was spot on. I bought my lovely house through Wendy, so she was a natural choice to sell it nearly ten years later. She helped connect me with a great painter and was supportive throughout the renovation process to sell the house in its best state. Wendy in my opinion deserves every award she has earned I felt like she went well and truly beyond her role as an agent. Organising tradesmen within minutes of a requirement. Always finding a solution to a situation to ensure things would get resolved quickly. At no time did I feel she was trying to make a sale just so she would get the commission. I trusted her 100% and I know she was working for my best interests. Her communication throughout the process was excellent. Always letting me know the outcome of open homes and viewings. I rarely write reviews. However, our experience over the last few months compelled me to write, for no other reason than it is such a rare occasion that one receives the kind of service, support and professionalism that Wendy provided us across the extended Covid-19 period. From the initial evaluation, to the advice we received on getting our work-in-progress ready for sale, the service was outstanding, and ranged from 'must-do' tasks to 'suggestions', realistic timescales and helpful recommendations. Wendy is professional, experienced, thoughtful, sincere negotiator, she worked tirelessly on our behalf, juggling every aspect of the sale, from simply reassuring buyers, to helping to alleviate stress, to expertly negotiating timescales up and down the chain to pursuing solicitors and always keeping everyone informed, across the entire period. She was readily available whenever we needed information and always, always, in a professional friendly manner. As more of her team returned after lockdown, the same excellent service continued. I know that I would not use anyone else. We have now completed the sale and are delighted with the service we received.
