She also gave us tips on how to best spend our fix up budget. When we first saw the listing we were thrilled. Wendy provided us with regular updates on viewing including buyer feedback. On Auction day was where Wendy really delivered, this was an online auction due to covid. Wendy worked very hard with all bidders to ensure that we achieved the highest possible sale price.
