When setting a price expectation with us, this was based on her local market experience, and while ambitious, she was careful not to set our expectations too high. She put a lot of thought into the marketing, and planned down to the finest detail when getting set for open homes. We received a pre-auction offer and Wendy clearly laid out the facts and pros and cons, while leaving us to make the decision, then working with the buyer to achieve the best outcome. We have had some horrendous experiences with Real Estate agents as a buyer, and didn’t come across any that we would have wanted to sell our home.
