I bought my lovely house through Wendy, so she was a natural choice to sell it nearly ten years later. She helped connect me with a great painter and was supportive throughout the renovation process to sell the house in its best state. Wendy is a kind and genuine person who makes the real estate process really easy, whether you're a buyer or a seller. She's very honest and authentic, and a great communicator. Gives her profession a good name!

We are absolutely rapt with not only the end result of a successful sale, but also the constant communication throughout the process. Wendy’s professionalism, knowledge of the market, exceptional marketing campaign and genuine kindness has been so appreciated. Our children loved that she involved them in the process and looked forward to coming home after viewings to see what lovely surprise she had left. We know that we made the right decision in entrusting the sale of our home to Wendy. We will definitely be recommending her to family and friends in the future.

Wendy in my opinion deserves every award she has earned I felt like she went well and truly beyond her role as an agent. Organising tradesmen within minutes of a requirement. Always finding a solution to a situation to ensure things would get resolved quickly. At no time did I feel she was trying to make a sale just so she would get the commission. I trusted her 100% and I know she was working for my best interests. Her communication throughout the process was excellent. Always letting me know the outcome of open homes and viewings. I would not hesitate in using Wendy again or referring her to anybody else who wants to sell there home. Thank you Wendy for making the sale process so easy.

I rarely write reviews. However, our experience over the last few months compelled me to write, for no other reason than it is such a rare occasion that one receives the kind of service, support and professionalism that Wendy provided us across the extended Covid-19 period. From the initial evaluation, to the advice we received on getting our work-in-progress ready for sale, the service was outstanding, and ranged from 'must-do' tasks to 'suggestions', realistic timescales and helpful recommendations. Wendy is professional, experienced, thoughtful, sincere negotiator, she worked tirelessly on our behalf, juggling every aspect of the sale, from simply reassuring buyers, to helping to alleviate stress, to expertly negotiating timescales up and down the chain to pursuing solicitors and always keeping everyone informed, across the entire period. She was readily available whenever we needed information and always, always, in a professional friendly manner. As more of her team returned after lockdown, the same excellent service continued. I know that I would not use anyone else. We have now completed the sale and are delighted with the service we received. Thank you to Wendy and the entire team - you really are AMAZING and truly WONDERFUL. (And I don't say that lightly!).

Wendy brokered a property transaction that began with my purchase offer and culminated in a contract signed by both parties just 24 hours later. If you want a fast, efficient agent that communicates well and gets the job done then I highly recommend Wendy Sadd.

We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had Wendy Sadd acting for us when we decided to sell our house recently. When it first went on the market there were several viewers but no offers. Then “The Lockdown” brought everything to a standstill for several weeks. Wendy remained active during this period, kept in touch and was very encouraging throughout. We were delighted when, just a day or two after we reached Level 2, Wendy rang to tell us that she had a buyer for the property. She was as great in helping guide us through the sale procedure as she had been right through all our dealings with her. Wendy has advised us of and joined in or undertaken activities appropriate to maintaining the condition of the vacant property. Thank you Wendy for all you have done for us and for being a first class friendly communicator. We wish you the very best for your future. Anyone who chooses you to sell their property will surely be pleased with their results.

Wendy sold our house during the Covid19 crisis. We have used Wendy before due to her exceptional professionalism and expertise. Having the pandemic play out in the middle of our sales campaign took things to a whole new level. Wendy's patience, determination and resourcefulness resulted in a sale price above our pre-covid expectation. Throughout the whole process she adapted her sales strategies and kept us well informed about progress and options. She achieved an incredible result in an extraordinary situation and we are very grateful. I can't recommend Wendy highly enough, and wouldn't consider engaging anyone else to sell a property.

Wendy gave us the confidence we needed during lockdown. Before we put our property on the market, Wendy gave great advice from the very first discussion re: wanting to sell! We were live in the market 1-1/2 weeks when lockdown happened! The timing and uncertainty of everything made us question our decision to sell. Wendy kept in with constant contact with us, keeping us updated about every movement happening involving our property. She would call to see how we were going, every time instilling confidence in our decision. As soon as open homes were allowed, Wendy was ready with clients booked for viewings for the next 14 days. At the end of the two weeks we sold. In the 8-9 week period while the house was on the market, we had the level 4 lockdown; level 3 with its strict limitations; not to mention the week before lockdown where the nation was panic buying, stocking up the cupboards with toilet paper and flour! Wendy stayed commitment to us and to the selling of our property! It was great having Wendy in our corner! We felt confident through the whole sales process.

Both of us having reached 80 years of age we decided that moving to independent living in a retirement village would be our next move but of course that required the prior sale of our house. We listed with Wendy Sadd from our local Barfoot & Thompson branch and we are so appreciative of the professional, efficient and helpful way in which Wendy marketed our house in Greenlane, resulting in a successful sale at auction. This has enabled us to proceed with the purchase of an apartment in our preferred retirement village. She was incredibly professional and hardworking throughout and nothing was ever too much trouble. Her experience, passion for the job and people skills were obvious throughout the process and we thoroughly recommend her to anybody wishing to sell their property

Michele was an exceptional agent to deal with throughout the journey. She was knowledgeable, helpful, generous, and always had great communication. I would recommend Michele to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. The auction process can be a scary one but Michele lead me through it every step of the way advising and calming my nerves!

We had purchased this property from this office, and had no hesitation in asking Wendy, who had sold it to us seven years ago, to sell it for us this time. She was outstanding in every way and the resulting sale price well exceeded our expectations. The marketing was obviously very effective, as we had almost 40 groups through the open homes in one weekend, and a signed, unconditional agreement by lunchtime the following Monday. You couldn’t ask for a better result.
