Throughout the sale process during the Auckland lockdown we were unable to meet Michele & Wendy nor check on our property as we reside outside Auckland. The entire sale process from marketing and listing to the auction was managed with great expertise, efficiency and speed by Michele & Wendy, through phone calls, emails and completion of the documents online. Nothing was too difficult for them – they arranged for our vacant property to be fit for sale, clean, tidy, safe and secure. They organized for the lawns to be mown and the fence waterblasted with no problems. They regularly kept us updated of viewings and was very professional and friendly in every aspect. Wendy Sadd met with us prior to the level 4 lockdown. We met with four real estate agents from three different companies before deciding to go with Wendy for the marketing and sale of our family home. This included her taking photos of each room and making suggestions of organising and decluttering each space. The open homes and viewings were relatively stress free with clear communication from Wendy as to what was required and when. Through the marketing period she kept us regularly updated as to any interested parties and feedback. She was also always available on the phone and was very quick to return any text messages or calls. Our initial consultation with Wendy was to get an idea of the value of our home. She soon provided us with a comprehensive report on our area including sales data. She then sat down with us and answered every question. It quickly became apparent to me that Wendy's knowledge of the housing market in our area was thorough. We moved forward with Wendy and put together a marketing strategy where she described how to get the best value from our spend across a surprisingly broad list of options (including drone pictures, video walk throughs, staging with furniture etc). She also gave us tips on how to best spend our fix up budget. When we first saw the listing we were thrilled. Wendy provided us with regular updates on viewing including buyer feedback. On Auction day was where Wendy really delivered, this was an online auction due to covid. Wendy worked very hard with all bidders to ensure that we achieved the highest possible sale price. Sharee and I are very happy with the result. I don't hesitate to recommend Wendy. She is hard working, knowledgeable and loyal to her customer.
