Wendy has recently been our agent for the sale of our rental property. Not only was she extremely efficient and professional with us, but also very kind and understanding with our tenants in organising open homes etc. Her communication with everyone was outstanding. Very helpful, knowledgeable and highly recommended.

Friendly, determined and genuine. With so much choice out there, it's easy to miss the good ones and Wendy is certainly the best agent I have had the pleasure to do business with. Wendy didn't stop working hard for us. Her service and support started right from the start of the process, and continued until the day of settlement. Communication right through was amazing. We never felt like we didn't know what was going on with our sale. We can't recommend Wendy more. This lady has all the tools, skill and personality needed in what is normally a stressful process for most. Thank you Wendy!

It was a pleasure working with Kellys during the process of selling my property. Besides being professional and hardworking she is a great communicator and she went the extra mile to find a buyer for my property when the market was very quiet. Her dedication is exemplary and I would certainly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a house. Thank you Kellys for doing such a great job!

Wendy has been my agent for over a decade.Wendy is always helpful and I had a number of discussions with her deciding when to sell and how to best approach it . I have always found her absolutely straightforward and clear. My son commented how he had always been contacted about open days special inspections and the state of marketing. There are good reasons for why she is one of the top agents in Auckland. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We recently appointed Kellys Osorio as our Land Agent from Barfoot & Thompson to sell our property. We enjoyed Kellys professionalism and gave us confidence to sell in a difficult market. She followed up with reports after our Open Homes to let us gauge buyers reactions. Kellys helped us with the auction resulting in a satisfactory sale. A very pleasant young lady with great sense of humor who I would definately recommend.

Wendy is a very passionate and dedicated salesperson. The sale of my house was a little different to the usual as I was in the UK. However despite some challenges with time differences Wendy was there to support me from beginning to end. Wendy went the extra mile to ensure the property was looking it's best for open homes like drying and putting away dishes and tidying up. Not having lived in NZ for 9 years I found Wendy's vast experience and knowledge of the market invaluable in guiding and supporting me through this process. I would definitely recommend Wendy if you are considering selling your property.

Wendy stuck at the sale of our property like a hound chasing a bone. Twice we had sales fall over because of the rising interest rates in 2022. This did nt phase Wendy. She kept running open homes every week for six months and finally we got a buyer who had the cinema to satisfy the lending criteria. Well done Wendy. I can see why the best people in the business recommend you. It was a pleasure to work with you through this unusual time in the residential real estate market. Well done Wendy. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Wendy was a very professional and supportive agent. We greatly appreciated her experience and advice through changing market conditions. Wendy was a great agent and also provided additional services through her network which was very helpful as both my sister and I were based out of Auckland through the sales process. She was always a pleasure to deal with.
