I developed these qualities from my previous career in sales and marketing, advertising, new business development and building brands. Building a new FMCG (Fast-moving Consumer Goods) brand from scratch and taking it to a $1M turnover in 15 months without commercial finance, is something of which I am particularly proud. Mairangi Bay and its surrounding suburbs are a great mix of old and new properties with access to schools, university and transport making it a very popular area for families looking for those facilities. I have always had an interest in property – my wife and I are continuously upgrading our family home, with the next project being the renovation of our bathrooms. Playing cricket used to take up a lot of my time in the summer, bowling being my forte, but now, administering the game keeps me engaged with our community as the club president of Takapuna District Cricket Club since 2007. Couldn’t Have Asked for More

Communication, Professionalism and market knowledge excellent.

Gary was wonderful. He was very very helpful in all aspects of the marketing process. He went the extra mile helping us market our property and his negotiation skills definitely had a major effect on our successful sale. Carl Howey - Real Estate Agent Extraordinaire

I have been both a Purchaser and Vendor with Carl Howey. To say he goes the extra mile is an understatement - he goes the extra 100!. Selling my current home, he made the entire process easy, with very minimal stress for me. The Photoshoot, and marketing was amazing - the photo's were presented so well, I was sad to sell. He kept me up to date on everything - from Open Home numbers, through to the final bits of paperwork to be signed. Even though we hit a couple of road-bumps with offers falling through due to finance, he continued to keep me positive, and very quickly got me even better offers. The whole process (both buying and selling) actually fun and exciting, and I would recommend Carl to everyone.
