We basically just have to choose which offer we would like to negotiate with and she took care of the rest. Kellys is ONE amazing agent who put our minds at ease from the start, she's calm and professional and answered any questions we had. She also kept us informed with each step of the process and was always easy to chat to and communicate with. We left our house in her hands to get the best result in selling our house and are very pleased with the results at auction, with a market that had been changing since we had the appraisal done to when we sold our house. We had extremely difficult purchasers who were NOT Kellys clients; Kellys helped behind the scenes to support and work through the issues caused by the purchasers. I couldn't have asked for a better Real Estate Agent. She was polite, curteous, always able to answer any questions I had. I had a lot. This is my 1st home and I didn't know the process but Resham made everything easy, helpful suggestions and great insight. I have already recommended her to friends. Nothing was ever any trouble, even my calls at 10pm. She was always in my corner and when things weren't right for me she was honest about it, I loved that about her. You don't find honest people all of the time, that was refreshing. Her sense of humour was great, she got me straight away. We clicked like we had known each other all of our lives. I don't think that I would have enjoyed this process if it wasn't for Resham. Honestly she is an asset to your company. I know that we will keep in touch even after I have moved into my house.
