Eugene was very professional through the sale process of our house. Selling a house was a new process for us and not without it's unforeseen challenges and stresses. Eugene lead us through the process clearly and calmly from end to end, and guided us through several hurdles that popped up during the due diligence process. At the start he gave us very valuable advice on how to present our property and how to most optimally market it - which ended up with us getting significant numbers through the open homes and a great sale. Throughout the marketing and due diligence phase he really went the extra mile to calmly solve various different questions that cropped up from buyers. In the final phase we ended up with multiple potential buyers at the auction, with a final sale result we were very happy with. We first spoke with Eugene about selling our house in 2023, Eugene was very straight forward to deal with, communicated clearly and didn't try a hard sell when the timing wasn't right for us.
