We spent several months looking for the apartment and met Resham a couple of weeks into the experience. She was very helpful and informed around the apartment she was selling and when we found it wouldn't work Resham started looking for other places. She soon became our primary agent and appeared to be one of the few that really understood our requirements - we have a dog so it wasn't simple. During that time Resham was highly communicative and quickly responsive and dealt with other agents and vendors in a professional and friendly way. In every way Kellys service to us in selling our property in Mount Wellington was exceptional. It was a difficult task. Faced with selling a small unit in need of extensive maintenance, she had to convince us that a complete renovation was the best option. Kellys helped finalise specifications for the work, arranged a contractor to do the job and supervised the work as it happened. Her communication skills were evident throughout, as was her enthusiasm and persistence with the contract detail. These qualities were also evident once the work had been completed. She had to convince us that an auction was the best option for selling, even in a slow market and she took control of readying the property for sale. We were delighted with the final result. During the 3 week period before the auction Kellys held open home sessions each weekend. She followed these up with weekly reports and a weekly review meeting. Kellys regularly canvassed residents in the immediate area and the sale process went very smoothly with a result that delighted us.
