Both ladies are pleasant and personable, with an added human touch. We found their presentation to be very clear and professional. From the very beginning, they regularly kept in touch via email, telephone or in person, updating us on interest in our 17 Hanlon Cres property and the market volatility during Covid. Cathy is the kind of agent that always goes that one step further for you. When I was backed into a corner with no way out, Cathy stepped up of her own volition and offered a helping hand. Shes not just an incredibly kind agent but someone I would gladly call a friend. There are not too many people around as selfless as Cathy. Thankyou again Cathy for everything you did for me. An incredibly astute agent with her finger on the pulse the whole time. Cathy is a great communicator, knows well how to explain the complexities of realestate& at the same time make you feel relaxed and at ease.
