From Irene and Arthur Lai - 58 Seabreeze Road. Devonport Tracey and Trish sold our property in Devonport Auckland early 2022. It was a difficult property to sell due to changes in the market, it had gone very quiet. We were considering giving up but Tracey and Trish were confident they would be able to sell it, and they did. Throughout the five months of marketing, they worked very hard, with a positive and relentless attitude to achieve a good result. They went the extra mile to keep us updated with a weekly progress report. Their positive attitude gave us confidence to carry on marketing until it was sold. We believed in them to sell our property. Since 2014 we wanted to sell, twice unsuccessfully with other agents. During marketing, our property was criticised by these agents, it was hurtful and disappointing, we felt personally blamed for the property not selling. We've had a few experiences now, having worked with a few different agents, we can say that we would have no hesitation in recommending Tracey and Trish to sell your home. Thank you girls!

Best of all, it was a stress free process!

From Aniela and George Crook - 17 Hanlon Crescent, Narrow Neck In our opinion, Trish Fitzgerald and Tracey Lawrence have certainly earned Barfoot and Thompson’s ‘Number one sales persons’ title. Both ladies are pleasant and personable, with an added human touch. We found their presentation to be very clear and professional. From the very beginning, they regularly kept in touch via email, telephone or in person, updating us on interest in our 17 Hanlon Cres property and the market volatility during Covid. In the end, their sound advice, dedication, and experience of many years, produced the best result. We would happily recommend ‘Team Trish and Tracey’ to any of our friends
