Cathy is the kind of agent that always goes that one step further for you. When I was backed into a corner with no way out, Cathy stepped up of her own volition and offered a helping hand. Shes not just an incredibly kind agent but someone I would gladly call a friend. There are not too many people around as selfless as Cathy. Thankyou again Cathy for everything you did for me.
