This has been my first experience renting a property out. Mon Tu from Barfoot and Thompson, Browns Bay has made the process very easy. From the start, when I met her she was organized, explained what I needed to do to bring my home up to the required Healthy Home standards and even arranged the tradesmen to come in and do the jobs required. She has kept me up to date when she held open homes and it didn't take long to have the house rented. The tenants had some requests which Mon has been liaising with me in a timely manner. I would rate her as excellent for both myself as the Owner and I know she has also worked hard to ensure the home was as the Tenants wanted. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is wanting someone honest, approachable and knows what they are doing.
