Before working in property management, Nikki was a corporate travel consultant working with high profile New Zealand businesses. Delivering exceptional service and possessing strong time management skills were all part of the role, and they're skills that have cemented her success in property management too. Nikki has lived in the Bays for the majority of her life and has a great appreciation for the area. There is no doubt that my 10+ years' of experience in property management has fuelled my passion for people and property. Known for my patience, organisation and creativity, I thrive in this role where I work alongside the team to grow the business and help meet the needs and diversities of their owners. My ability to speak three different languages - English, Cantonese and Mandarin, makes my skill set applicable to a broad audience. Motivated by delivering exceptional levels of customer service, I am able to take charge of challenging situations. My calm nature comes from my previous career working as an early childhood educator and administrator, where I also developed a keen eye for detail and multi-tasking skills. You'll see me out and about on the North Shore, taking in the many wonderful sights and sounds of its communities. I love the way the North Shore caters to different requirements and diversities, and enjoys its many wonderful, unique events and festivities. After moving to New Zealand in 2020, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in the property industry. I qualified as a Real Estate Salesperson and began working in property management in late 2024. I’m currently working as a Property Manager Assistant, where I’m gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of property management. I bring my analytical and project management skills, along with a proactive, customer-focused approach, to supporting the management of my property portfolio. I also have extensive experience in research analyst roles, as well as account and project management positions, both in South Africa and New Zealand. I’ve worked across a diverse range of market research organisations and with both local and international clients. Outside of work, I lead an active lifestyle, enjoy a variety of team sports, and love spending time on the beautiful beaches and trails of the Whangaparaoa Peninsula with my family, friends, and my border collie. Made to Feel Like I Matter

Nikki and her team helped me to redefine my ideas of what quality, professional and yet, somehow compassionate, property management can look like. My situation felt unique; I'd worried endless that my needs couldn't be met, and yet they were - not just on paper, but also, by helping me navigate and educating me through the process along the way, I feel that Nikki truly went the extra mile to connect, to understand and to want to help. This was not what I'd come to expect, especially in a rentals market such as Aotearoa New Zealand is in the grips of right now; there are no shortage of individuals and families like mine in need of a helping hand, and yet so few good people prepared to extend theirs as Nikki did for me and mine. She ticked all the boxes, including one or two that I had felt she may not have ever encountered before - and she did so with such calm, empathetic professionalism that I never thought twice about reaching out no matter how outside-of-the-box my needs felt. I cannot envisage that I will ever encounter service like Nikki's again in this high-demand sector; certainly, I would be hard-pressed to even consider working with anyone else, from any other agency. My heartfelt thanks go to Nikki and her team - they left nothing uncovered and I genuinely struggle to think of anything that I can suggest they might look to improve. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
