This was not what I'd come to expect, especially in a rentals market such as Aotearoa New Zealand is in the grips of right now; there are no shortage of individuals and families like mine in need of a helping hand, and yet so few good people prepared to extend theirs as Nikki did for me and mine. She ticked all the boxes, including one or two that I had felt she may not have ever encountered before - and she did so with such calm, empathetic professionalism that I never thought twice about reaching out no matter how outside-of-the-box my needs felt. I cannot envisage that I will ever encounter service like Nikki's again in this high-demand sector; certainly, I would be hard-pressed to even consider working with anyone else, from any other agency.
