Sometimes things are hard to do and some are easy...with Raelene and Colin doing their "things" I just sat back and watched the property sell in 17 days. Simple...ask them the processes available, ask some questions get knowledgeable, insightful and professional answers, make a decision and let them get on with what they do best. Suggest you use them 110% plus. PS they were always at the end of the phone when needed, always kind courteous and confident.
