Not only did Andrea and Celeste help us achieve our goal of selling our house (within a very challenging market) with 4 offers to consider on Day 6 of the property being on the market, they were invaluable with their knowledge and experience around all the legal documents and requirements, gave us clear instructions of what to do around open homes at Easter time and great guidance when dealing with other agents looking at the property.
