Was a great experience selling my house with Stephen and his partner agent Nicole. Clear communication about costs before signing meant that I knew the total costs of marketing, staging, commission, ect before starting. I also received plenty of updates after open homes and during the negotiation stage. House sold for pretty much what it was worth/expected to sell for so pretty happy all around. I found Stephen to be very friendly and engaged and very helpful with explaining what needed to be done when selling a house as it was my first time selling. I would recommend Stephen as a real estate agent and would give him a call if I sell another house in the future.
