Professional, trustworthy, reliable and positive
Met Ian approx 8 years ago. Always knew we would sell one day, and we did recently. Never once over the years, nor through sale process, did we ever feel Ian’s primary motivation was his own commission. For a professional, paid by commission, his focus on getting the best outcome for us as vendors was never questionable and with this attitude the resulting commission was well deserved. Never once did we feel we got the “sales pitch” as we have with other agents over the years. Our experience was that of utmost professionalism and we always felt our concerns were Ian’s priority and he always got back to us promptly day or night. Selling during a stressful and uncertain time at level 4 & 3 of COVID, not only did Ian make the process easy, he was always so approachable, positive and happy to work with. Not even a pandemic could dampen Ian’s enthusiasm.
It was clear from early on that the support and team work of the full 003 team is no doubt a result of their effective collaboration. We would not hesitate to sell through Ian and the 003 team in the future.
