After an initial viewing of Kaiawa street on a wet miserable day Nicollete kept tabs on our situation knowing our property was going to Auction on Thursday 25/11. Met Ian approx 8 years ago. Always knew we would sell one day, and we did recently. Never once over the years, nor through sale process, did we ever feel Ian’s primary motivation was his own commission.
