About 6 years ago we purchased our land from Ian. He was so helpful at the time, we literally walked into his office told him we wanted to buy some land, the sections were being released the next day so we had to get a few things organized but he helped us and we were able to get the land thanks to his help. Fast forward 6 years it was time to sell our home and move on to the next adventure. I knew we had to get Ian and his team in to sell our home. The day we were due to list our home we went into a level 4 lockdown, the team stayed in contact and as soon as we hit level 3 we decided to list the house. They guided us there we quite a few restrictions in place, but the were honest and very informative through the process. Despite the restrictions we got a pre auction offer our first weekend and they managed to get 7 bidders registered for auction. Our house sold and the auction was a HUGE success. Thank you again 003 and Ian who worked hard and they literally have everything sorted and organized which is nice because it took the pressure off us. I recommend Ian and the 003 team to everyone that’s selling, they are the best 😊

The sale of our property was very,very quick and we hardly had time to think, but we really appreciated the care we got from Ian (and the team) it was professional, informative, painless, even in Covid times. Making the final decision ended up been very easy in the end and a great result was achieved.It was a big call for us to move on and we look forward to starting another chapter in our lives. We had a wonderful experience working with Ian. We have actually worked with him a couple of times when purchasing and he was always very patient & thorough with us - quickly ascertaining exactly what we would and wouldn’t like. In our latest experience with him he was our selling agent and did an amazing job! He has been in Beachlands for years, knows the market intimately, has a great reputation and is really easy to work with. We were a bit apprehensive selling in Covid Level 3 because of the requirements to be out of the house for such a long time to accommodate private showings, we have small kids and of course the germs! He was really understanding and made sure that things were set-up in a way that it worked for our kids, kept us healthy and still got numerous families through each day. The dedication of Ian and the awesome team that he works with (Nicolette & Jenny) resulted in us getting a GREAT pre-auction offer after only 4 days allowing us to sit back & relax now until we head overseas. Would absolutely recommend Ian and will likely be ringing him again one day when life brings us back to our NZ shores.
