Liz sold a previous property for us several years ago and frankly she was so helpful and made the whole experience so easy it was a no brainer to use her again when the time came to sell another property. We particularly like her down to earth no nonsense style which I think also appeals to buyers. We, and I assume potential purchasers, find this approach refreshing as there is no hard sell involved, just a feeling that you are in the hands of an extremely experienced, competent and trustworthy person. I think these attributes are just what is needed in a Real Estate Agent whether buying or selling, and I believe we are not alone in this as both times we have used Liz the process has been easy, enjoyable, and most importantly has produced extremely good results. Like a lot of people, after selling we have remained in the same area, and it has been important to us that we achieve the best possible sales price without feeling that we have ripped anybody off. Liz is a master at this as she has a knack of matching the right buyer to the right seller. This has produced outstanding results for us as sellers, but we know the purchasers have been delighted with their side of the deal also. All this aside Liz has lived and operated in the area for a very long time and her contacts, knowledge and experience have combined to make the process as easy as can be both times we have used her. As you can probably tell we have been absolutely delighted with what Liz has achieved for us and unreservedly recommend her to anyone thinking of buying or selling in the area.
