Fantastic Agent!
Thank you so much to Richard. He knew exactly how to go about selling our house. He knew that auction was not the way to go for us, and what price level to set up. Went above and beyond just getting viewers through the door, and worked all hours until we got the price we wanted! Richard was so easy to communicate with, and very reassuring.

Punish Budhiraja a property of mine. Punish helped me a lot in order to sell this property. He was able to handle everything by himself while I was in Australia and I never felt concerned about the property as I knew it was in great hands. He also helped me renovate the whole house and was able to turn the whole house around to make it look more appeal which was a huge help. Selling a home is never easy but Richard made it as easy as it could be
The thing that stands out most in our minds about selling our home of 20 years is how hard Richard worked to make the process easy. He was always available on the phone to answer questions when we had them and we often wondered if he had any life outside selling homes.
