Richard took over the sale of our property after a failed mandate with another agency. The house sold in less than a month but what trucks most were two things: Firstly, while we ensured that the property was always presentable, Richard and his team and Barfoot and Thompson didn’t make any unreasonable requests for us to alter the property. We readied the house each weekend and were rewarded with a swift sale. Secondly, we felt that Richard and his team were always acting in our best interest. Kieran did a great job presenting common strategies, the current state of the market and suggestions on how we might get the best results for our money. We consistently had many people in interested and Kieran was kept very busy trying to figure out who was serious and presenting us offers. Many fell through but we even up until it went unconditional Kieran was still managing viewing and providing feedback. He was helpful with understanding what was involved with the contracts and giving us options and communicating our feedback to prospective buyers.
