Richard gave us a good deal while marketing our property. He worked very hard along with his team to get as much exposure as he could and encourage as many property buyers as possible. He followed up after each open home, and consistently provided us with market updates and new ideas. I brought the buyer to Richard and he closed the deal for us. Richard always answered my questions honestly and also rang us when he needed to. Agent - client relationship is very important and we found Richard to be friendly and approachable at all times. He was recommended to us by another family member and when we met Richard and his team both my husband and I were very happy and agreed Richard was the right agent for us at our older ages. It was a difficult market and Richard did not try to coerce us into accepting any changes we did not like or want to make. We found him to be a good listener and always wanted to share our point of view. We met with him several times when new ideas came up for discussion. We had to compromise but got the job done and Richard communicated in a professional manner throughout the time it took.
