Competent, personable and kept going the extra mile

From the beginning of our interaction with Diane, she emanated professionalism, respect and patience. She kept us all informed with the step by step process, on a regular basis via text, phone and email. Her market knowledge is exemplary, coming out of many years in the industry. She dots every 'i' and crosses every 't' which gave us complete confidence in what she told us and what she suggested be done in readiness to go to market. She willingly offered to help in practical ways during a challenging time for us. Her appraisal was professionally presented with good comparisons to support what she thought the property would go for and she was bang on. She kept us informed after each open home of what level of interest there was. Again, her negotiation skills were 100% and in a short time frame she had the property in contract. We then had a second offer on the table which Diane handled with expertise and professionalism and kept us informed as to what happens in this situation. Never did we not know what was happening. We would wholeheartedly recommend Diane to anyone considering to sell or buy a property through her. We completely trusted her and we knew we wouldn't be disappointed.

An absolute pleasure to work with

The Diane experience

We enlisted Diane to sell our 7 bedroom property after 30 years of living at Fyffe St. Not any easy job as it’s a bit of a white elephant and not everybody’s choice, and is quite dated, being 50+ years built. We were not disappointed. Diane has been above all professional and has exhibited competence in all areas of real estate law and management. What stands out for me is her honesty and skills at what she does. At no time did I ever feel she was not giving %100 effort to selling our place. Tirelessly and enthusiastically. And sell it for us she did- in a flat market- and with Winter here. Cannot recommend Diane highly enough. You will not be disappointed.

Selling a home is about far more than putting a sign out the front, and from the very first meeting Ram understood that. He took the time to get to know us, to understand who we are, what our family has loved about our home, and what we wanted to achieve from the sale. He never rushed us, instead taking us carefully through the different options available and helping us choose the approach that was right for us. That relationship-first approach gave us confidence from day one. Ram's energy, positivity and enthusiasm are infectious. He genuinely cared about telling the story of our home, not just selling another property. He wanted prospective buyers to understand the lifestyle and memories our home had offered us, and that came through brilliantly in the marketing. We found the marketing of our home simply exceptional. The photography, video and property description were of an incredibly high standard. In fact, they were so good they almost made me want to buy the house all over again! Every detail reflected the quality of our home and showcased it at its very best. The outcome speaks for itself. Our home sold within just six days, with multiple offers presented, exceeding our expectations. What also stood out throughout the entire process was Ram's communication. We were never left wondering what was happening. He kept us informed every step of the way, was always available to answer questions, and made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable.
