We enlisted Diane to sell our 7 bedroom property after 30 years of living at Fyffe St. Not any easy job as it’s a bit of a white elephant and not everybody’s choice, and is quite dated, being 50+ years built. We were not disappointed. Diane has been above all professional and has exhibited competence in all areas of real estate law and management. What stands out for me is her honesty and skills at what she does. At no time did I ever feel she was not giving %100 effort to selling our place. Tirelessly and enthusiastically. We first met Ram when he did an appraisal for us while working for one of the big companies a few years ago. He was energetic, personable and had done an awesome job selling a neighbour’s home, but we decided it wasn’t the right time for us to move on from a home we loved. Fast-forward to finding the right place for our next step, we got Ram to give us a new appraisal, and considered this alongside a couple of other appraisals from other Halswell agents. He still has the same passion, energy and drive, and is still such a nice guy. We decided to go with his as our agent as his digital marketing know-how and ability to discern where our property sat in the Halswell market at that time far out-did the other agents. He might not work for a big company but he delivered for us in every way, including professionalism and affordability of his fees.
