The initial meeting to review the property and fill in the ‘paperwork’ went very smoothly. Within two weeks the property was on the market and from that time it had sold within the week! He worked fast ensuring a very quick turnaround and even after the deal was made, he was working on backups in case the deposit did not come through at last minute.
