There was little interest in the property but Chelsea managed to get a higher price than the other three agents I talked to. That coupled with Arizto's flat fee made the sale worthwhile in a difficult market. I was very sceptical about the incentive to get the highest price with a flat fee but would recomend Chelsea without hesitation. Arizto's systems are also very good

We recently sold our house with Chelsea and although things didn't go as we had hoped this was the result of a building report surprise, and prior to this Chelsea had negotiated a price we were happy with. We enjoyed many discussions with Chelsea during the process and found her to be informative and honest. She also went above and beyond to support us in other ways that I didn't expect and since the house was sold I have come to miss our regular communication! Chelsea never pressured us into taking less than we were happy with, and offered us suggestions and advice but always let us take the lead in making choices about the process which we appreciated. I would happily purchase a house through Chelsea if the opportunity presented itself, and I'm not certain we could have continued with the sales process with another agent as Chelsea's support got us over the line. (Preparing for open homes with two kids under 3 was not easy!)

She blends a strong & thorough communication style with a quiet manner. Intuitively knowing when to speak & when to listen and take account of all of a clients many questions & concerns. Her market knowledge was broad & imparted in a down to earth manner that was easily grasped. Negotiations were conducted in an open and honest manner. Whilst maintaining a professional manner her own friendly, humorous and likeable qualities shone through.
